· Each Booth location will be a lined 12 ft x 12 ft area with your booth number painted on the ground in your location.
· PLEASE make sure any tents or canopies will fit within the allocated space. There cannot be any overhangs.
· Your organization must provide everything it needs to operate your booth, such as the tent, table, chairs, electrical cords, etc.
· Wayne Day Inc. will only provide the booth space and electricity if requested and paid for.
· All booths must have a fun activity to engage the public.
· Booth setup may begin as early as 7:30 a.m. and must be completed by 10:30 am.
· All vehicles must be removed from the field by 10:30 am.
· Wayne Day will open at 11:00 a.m., no sooner!
· Parking locations are on a first-come, first-served basis at the Municipal & High School Complexes and the local streets.
· Booth breakdown is no earlier than 5:00 pm. Many people are expected to still be on the field, so vehicles will not be permitted onto the fields until 5:30 pm or when approved by the police.
· You are responsible for removing all items, trash, and equipment, leaving the field in the same condition as it was before your setup.
· Tents & booths must be removed from the fields no later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23.
· There will be absolutely no sales of goods or services at Wayne Day other than by licensed food vendors and amusements.
· There will be no sales of raffle tickets anywhere on Wayne Day.
· The Wayne Day Trustees and Committee are committed to helping the day go smoothly. We cannot help with the setup or breakdown of your booths or displays. This is your responsibility.
· For those that may be offering a free raffle at their booth for the day, we will assist you by making a public address announcements when time is available based on Public Address availability.
